SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic orders are processed from Monday through Saturday in 1-3 business days. Pre-orders processed 2-3 weeks, subject to change based on availability. Orders from abroad are handled in one to three business days. Orders placed in the United States typically ship within 3-5 business days, depending on your region and the speed of your local post office. Depending on your location and the effectiveness of your local post office, international shipments can take anywhere from one to six weeks.
Please double-check that your address is accurate and completely entered. Make sure spaces are inserted correctly and use the proper abbreviations. Customer care will get in touch with you to attempt to fix any problems if there are any with validating your address. Your order will be canceled and you will get a store credit if, despite several attempts to reach you, you do not reply.

If you discover that you entered your mailing address wrong, please notify us as soon as possible. If you placed your order over the weekend, please send us an email and We will do everything possible to accommodate your request and update the address on the next business day. We do not accept responsibility for erroneous information if we are unable to fix it.

If your tracking information indicates that your shipment was delivered but you have yet to receive it, you must contact the US Postal Service immediately. Zyckys is NOT responsible for packages that have been marked as delivered.

Customs fees in your home country may apply to international orders.

Standard shipping and heavy items shipment have a flat rate charge.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
EXCHANGE POLICY
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
The majority of returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Zyckys store credit. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

Please ensure to package each order separately. If multiple orders are returned inside a single return package, your return will require additional time to process. You will not receive credit for any non-eligible items returned.

To cover the cost of your return ZYCKYS will deduct $6.00 from your refund total if you just returning one item or $8.50 if you returning multiple items via standard shipping.

All sale/clearance are final sale. No exchanges or store credit.

Clothing must not be worn, altered, damaged, or free of any stains, odors, self-tanner, pet hairs, or distinct smells, including deodorant/perfume, and the original tags must still be attached.

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"

An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or

Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service online to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
Below Items will not be refunded:

Non-Zyckys items sent to us will be discarded upon receipt

Items with signs of wear.

At this time we do not accept exchanges as inventory is subject to change due to high demand. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs during the returns process.
